King of Denmark - Morton Feldman

While being one of Feldman’s shorter pieces, this piece is still rather long, and the borderline stagnant volume and rhythms make it seem even longer to the listener. This multi-percussion piece requires the use of only fingers and bare hands to play the instruments. It is to be played as quietly as possible, and is written in graphical notation.

Performed in Jacob’s Junior Recital in completion of his undergraduate degree requirements.
